Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.
4. Data Protection
Users must obtain the necessary consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages.
All activities must comply with relevant data privacy regulations and laws.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users are required to strictly adhere to Meta’s official guidelines for WhatsApp Business.
Violations may lead to suspension or permanent revocation of access to the WhatsApp Business API through DIMARK.
